Robyn Porter has over 20 years experience in Human Resource Robyn Porter - High Res Colormanagement in the entertainment, food service, agriculture, warehousing/distribution, gaming and technology industries. She has the proven ability to implement policies and procedures that positively impact corporate profitability, employee satisfaction and overall productivity. Her acute knowledge of federal, state and local compliance issues ensure that her clients maintain all HR requirements.  Robyn has extensive knowledge in employment branding and process improvement to enable businesses to recruit and hire in tight labor markets.


Robyn has managed HR processes in companies ranging from five employees up to 500+ in multiple locations and states. She has extensive experience in process improvement, employee relations, benefits and compensation, OSHA/Worker’s Comp management and performance management. Robyn has written and conducted HR webinars on various HR topics, as well as authored and implemented several employee training programs including TIPS, Worker’s Comp, Safety and positional specific.

At a large food service distributor, Robyn successfully negotiated a new labor contract with the collective bargaining unit. At the same company, Robyn was the corporate liaison between divisional managers and corporate while successfully driving HR change management processes. Robyn works closely with clients to develop  and maintain positive employee relations as she works with leadership to streamline the recruiting, hiring and on-boarding processes.
