Schultz is a CPA who has served in senior finance and accounting strategic leadership roles and possesses significant experience on “both sides of the table” as a CFO and mortgage banker. His areas of expertise include financial modeling, debt and equity sourcing and closing, accounting, data analytics, M&A, investments, IT, tax, audit, benefits, and insurance.
Krista Potter
Krista Potter possesses more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience working for nonprofits, state agencies, an agricultural DNA technology company, and for a private accounting firm. Her background includes establishing and documenting internal controls, analysis of financial statements, budget preparations, AP/AR, payroll, contract and grant compliance, software implementation, and performing and preparing for audits.
