Greg Weidenhoffer brings nearly 40 years of practical business experience to the CFO Systems team. He spent the first half of his career in transportation serving in various sales, operations and management roles for rail, trucking and intermodal companies where he gained valuable communication, customer relations and leadership skills.
This experience prepared him for his next chapter in the finance world at an international transportation company where he managed the corporate finance department and was responsible for liquidity management, credit analysis, financial statement forecasting, board of directors reporting, bank relationship management, contract negotiations, financial compliance reporting and lease versus buy analysis. Some of his notable achievements include the refinancing of a capital equipment pool which delivered more than $30M in savings over a six-year period, identifying and sourcing critical funding during the COVID-19 pandemic and negotiating key amendments to the company’s debt covenants which ensured continued access to emergency liquidity.
