Bill Thoms has 25+ years in accounting and financial reporting experience, mostly in the construction industry. He has been a CPA since 2002 and a CCIFP since 2007. Bill’s diverse background includes data experience, specifically in SQL. He has worked with many ERPs in the industry and has managed multiple ERP implementations. He is also experienced with Crystal Reports and Microsoft Report Builder (SSRS).
While working for a large mechanical contractor in Northern California, Bill successfully led the implementation of Vista Viewpoint. He also created over 500 Crystal reports, and automated an entire financial reporting and forecasting model as well as certified payroll, union reporting, and many other accounting and reporting processes.
Bill relies on his accounting and data background to not only lead a team, but also improve efficiency. Driven by his goal to ensure accounting staff spends more reviewing data rather than inputting it, Bill remains focused on saving his clients overhead and time while encouraging continued growth.
