Jay Hunzeker has over 30 years of highly successful financial leadership spent at various manufacturing companies specializing in related areas including printing, business documents, and label generation. His experience includes leading teams through multiple acquisitions and helping to ensure smooth transitions to new ownership.
In his most recent role, Jay served as the Director of Finance of a $1 billion company that manufactures commercial print, stationery, direct mail, business forms, labels, retail signage, and promotional products. While leading a finance team initially accountable for $500 million in revenue and managing controllers and plant finance personnel, he was instrumental in growing profitable revenue to $700 million via process improvements and the recruitment top finance talent.
Jay’s responsibilities have included controller functions, financial reporting, action planning, and team oversight that includes leading staff through systems conversions and handling multiple plant shutdowns and liquidations in an effort to consolidate operations. His ability to successfully collaborate with other leaders has resulted in numerous process improvements and cost savings.
Today, he relies on his solid background in turning around struggling plants, rolling out new enterprise resource planning systems, growing revenue, and enabling employees to reach their full potential to help his clients resolve complex issues while achieving consistent growth.
