Whitney Brierly has more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources, mostly in the biofuels and retail industries. Her strengths include problem solving, adaptability, collaboration, and effective communication across all levels of an organization.
In her most recent role as Human Resources manager, Whitney was the sole HR resource at a 50+ employee facility where she oversaw payroll, benefits administration, and onboarding while managing all stages of the employee lifecycle and bridging leadership and employees. She has experience changing benefit providers, implementing a new HRIS, streamlining the onboarding experience, 260E, developing human resource training, executing policies and procedures pertinent to HR functions, analyzing compensation data, and managing performance. She was also the contact for over 900 members (shareholders) of the company, issued multiple distributions and unit transfer requests, and facilitated annual meetings.
Additionally, Whitney worked for a multi-state retailer where she optimized the HR processes, managed turnover and hiring processes, increased efficiencies during scheduling, and maintained a robust training system.
Whitney relies on her diverse experience when she meets with her clients to listen, gather important facts, and then create a plan forward that effectively helps guide organizations through transformation and growth.
