Team Background & Key Strengths

Our Iowa team members have worked with a variety of industries on the national and global scale covering North and South America as well as in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The depth of their experiences allow them to bring vision and motivation to every client while helping them thrive in the competitive landscape.

Some of the team’s key specialties include: responsibility for all legal, financial, Human Resources, and administrative functions; extensive accounting, controller and executive finance experience; pinpointing efficiencies; creating and implementing strategic plans, budgets, and metrics; developing ways to salvage shareholder value amid challenging circumstances; the integration of a major acquisition, and consulting projects that included biofuels transactions, customer development work, and mergers; maintaining relationships with banking institutions, audit/legal firms, and investment companies, as well as negotiating utility contracts; obtaining various forms of financing such as SBA- and USDA-backed loans, designing and implementing meaningful operational metrics and key performance indicators, overseeing asset and product line dispositions, and managing a Chapter 11 bankruptcy, various HR-related items, and a product development team.
