Andy Erpelding is a finance and accounting executive with experience in M&A, public and private companies, board and investor communications, private equity relationships, and risk assessment who possesses strong technical and analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to solving problems and executing visions.

Some of Andy’s key accomplishments include merger and acquisition transactions that ranged in value from $3 million to $600+ million and the implementation of a new ERP System (selection, sourcing, designing, and implementing system-wide ERP system for general ledger, billing, accounts payable, capital, and project management). In addition, his background includes document approval tracking; risk assessment and initiatives that included work related to various international, federal, and state regulatory agencies (e.g., SEC, COSO, IRS, etc.); and private equity transactions in connection with strategic discussions, capital raises, and acquisition opportunities.

Andy holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation as well as being licensed as a CPA. He is a strategic, results-driven executive who inspires loyalty, demands a commitment to excellence, and drives an organization to maximize its unique value proposition.
