She has experience in global publicly traded entities, along with local start-up companies and the processes necessary to enhance financial success in all industries. She is recognized by peer companies for talents in financial reporting and forecasting processes, and she is adept at analyzing and implementing successful marketing plans to drive maximum revenue.

As the Chief Financial Officer for a technology company, Jennie led, trained, and mentored the accounting, marketing, human resources, and inside sales teams. She established processes and procedures for shifting the month-end close from 20 days to 3 days. Under her leadership, the company grew to a third location, she selected a new office for the second location, and purchased a building for headquarters. Her efforts in enhancing the culture resulted in being selected as a Best Places to Work company two years in a row.

Jennie has a diversified leadership background where she has directly managed various departments ranging from accounting to human resources. Her experience has also made her an expert in market growth, through both acquiring new companies and opening offices in new locations. Her ability to combine her business acumen with her talents as a motivator and a coach to align operational efficiencies with corporate goals makes her a valuable asset to the team.
