Mike Vaughn has over 25 years of financial and management experience working in various industries including professional services, manufacturing, and financial services. He has a diverse background not only in finance, but also in strategy, operational leadership, treasury management, and M&A. As a leader with a strong background in employee engagement, Mike has hired, built, and developed teams globally that have consistently demonstrated excellence in financial reporting and leadership.

As the International Financial Director for a $300M consulting organization, Mike oversaw financial operations, annual budgeting, reporting, and global banking processes while managing a worldwide team of 30 accounting and finance professionals. During this time, he was involved in a multitude of M&A activities and ERP implementations throughout Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Additionally, Mike played a key role on the company’s treasury team, managing global banking relationships while attaining improvements in cash flow of nearly $25M.

As the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of a $200M manufacturing firm, Mike managed cash flows, credit facilities, and banking relationships. He was also the financial leader for individual business units that totaled over $40M in annual revenue. During his role as FP&A Director, Mike led the global financial planning and forecasting efforts for a $2B payment processing business and was responsible for providing critical variance analysis as well as all financial guidance for SEC reporting.
