Steve Roe has over 40 years of experience in managing facilities, personnel, startups, and established business within the farm supply, grain handling, and ethanol production spaces. He has worked with leaders of both large and small companies and understands the challenges they face.
Prior to joining CFO systems, Steve spent the last two decades of his career as CEO of Little Sioux Corn Processors in Marcus, Iowa. The plant opened in April 2003 and operated as a 40-million-gallon production facility until 2005 when the facility expanded to a 52 million gallon annual production rate. In 2009 after a second expansion was completed, the plant began operating at 92 million gallons annually. Over the next five years, plant leaders enhanced equipment and improved operational techniques to secure operations at 115 million gallons. In 2014, the plant began a series of renovations that brought the plant to its current rate of 165 million gallons.
Steve brings a passion for process improvements, efficient operations, and business expansion while focusing on helping his clients set clear goals, grow, and confidently move forward into the future.
