Gregory Dushan is a strategic, tenured community bank Chief Financial Officer serving as an executive recruiter as well as a leadership and engagement consultant in the financial services industry and broader business community. He has extensive executive experience and established business relationships through his various board, executive leadership, governance, senior finance, operational, and accounting roles over his diverse 30+ year career. Greg is a servant leader who is adept at building teams and leading people, projects, and processes to achieve financial and operational goals within a variety of financial institutions and other organizations. 

His professional passion and personal mission is to create a world in which individuals and teams are maximally aligned and deeply engaged with their work and life. Greg grew up in a lineage of Air Force officers and artist homemakers, relocating across the United States and globe. He moved to Omaha, Nebraska, in 1988 and discovered his educational spark while earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Greg has been a Certified Public Accountant certificate holder since 1998.

In his personal time, he loves spending time outdoors with his family and many animals and is active writing, learning, collaborating, and serving. Greg is dedicated to using his heart, spirit, voice, and experience to build stronger businesses, philanthropic organizations, and communities.
