Amy Bradshaw has over 25 years of leadership, accounting, and finance experience primarily in the technology and services industries. She has experience at various stages of the company lifecycle including start-up, mid-market, and multi-national publicly traded companies. Amy has led several teams through transformations yielding increased productivity, cash flow and profitability.

During her career Amy has held managerial roles in a variety of functions including sales, marketing, and operations. She had P&L responsibility for a $50M annual revenue business unit during which time the team grew revenue and gross margin for 13 straight quarters. The exposure to working in functions outside of finance has broadened Amy’s perspective and given her a well-rounded foundation for facing challenges.

While primarily responsible for an organization’s financial resources, Amy also considers herself a steward of human capital. She is passionate about fostering a positive and rewarding culture for employees and finding opportunities to create alignment between employee success and corporate success.

As a relationship builder at heart, Amy is an active member of her community and currently serves on the non-profit boards of Cornerstones of Care, BraCouture KC, and the Kansas City chapter of Financial Executives International.
