Ann Timmerman is a reliable and organized bookkeeping professional with over 25 years of retail sales and customer service experience. She has a strong desire to help others accomplish their goals and enjoys learning new skills.
Her extensive background includes overseeing sales teams, building and maintaining client/customer relationships, and managing inventory. During her time at Ghirardelli, she increased YTD sales in the Omaha market for three consecutive years. Additionally, she developed a protocol at Borsheims for packaging items that reduced breakage claims during shipment by more than 50%. As a bookkeeping assistant, she performed bank reconciliations via QuickBooks which reduced the senior accountant’s time spent by 75%.
Ann is an active volunteer in the Omaha community. She has volunteered at Children’s Hospital in their Cardiac and Pediatric Intensive Care Units since 2009. She has also been involved at Marian High School, Creighton Prep, and Mary Our Queen parish, serving as Marian Mom’s Lunch Co-Chair, Home and School President, and OneSource database coordinator.
