Brett Frevert has an extensive resume of providing financial leadership to successful companies across the Midwest including SIRE, New Balance Commodities, Transgenomic, Heron Lake BioEnergy, AXIS, Capital, First Data, Grubb & Ellis, and Deloitte & Touche. He draws upon his abilities to create, describe, and execute a vision as well as his communication and mentoring capabilities in order to provide expert assistance for premier businesses interested in growing and thriving in a challenging economic environment.
As founder of CFO Systems LLC, Brett has helped clients across the region grow their businessesthrough a variety of innovative methods. Brett’s client success stories include quadrupling themarket cap for a publicly-traded company from $17mm to $70mm while increasing revenue 50%via acquisition and securing an additional $22mm in capital (all within 20 months). He alsoassisted another client in quintupling in size during a three-year period, from $20mm to over$100mm. Brett has been an active participant with all client boards.
Brett’s clients have secured well over $1 Billion in capital, both debt and equity. He has led sizeable M&A transactions, and negotiated minority interest repurchases.
A strong community supporter, Brett serves on several boards, including Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for the Omaha Archdiocese and the Wayne State Foundation.
