David Stadler possesses over 30 years of accounting and operations experience. With a proven track record in financial controls, process improvements, cost reductions, budgeting, and post-acquisition integration, he is also regarded as an exceptionally strong leader with a knack for staff development and building solid work teams. His ability to relate to people of all levels while understanding the complexities of a business’ situation to offer strategies and solutions is also one of his strengths.
In his role for an international manufacturing company, David was responsible for North American financial reporting to the parent organization and integrated three domestic acquisitions into the centralized accounting and finance functions. He also was involved in site selection and integration for two brownfield expansions. As an active member of a new management team tasked with improving plant manufacturing and financial performance, he was integral in turning monthly losses into profit in seven months. David’s well-rounded business experience also includes managing a plant with 90 employees, implementing an inter-company pricing and billing procedure program, and developing standard product costing, budgeting, and forecasting methods that were used company-wide.
