Dick Augustine

Throughout his 40 year career, Dick Augustine has held senior level financial and operational positions in public and private companies with cross-functional experience in finance, accounting, asset management, operations, and business development. He has a track record of improving companies through implementing: efficient reporting processes; restructuring financial and operational functions; implementing operating efficiencies; and managing expenses and enhancing revenue.
His expertise includes a strong background in the wind, landfill gas, solar, and distributed generation markets within the renewable energy sector as well as within the real estate and hospitality industries. Dick also has experience with the tax equity financing of renewable energy projects.
In addition, Dick’s significant turnaround and restructuring expertise includes leading four Chapter 11 processes that included debt and equity restructurings, a sale of assets thru a Section 363 auction process, and the liquidation of a company where he served as the court-appointed plan administrator.
Dick has also been a member of a board of directors and has participated in raising debt and equity capital through private and public markets. He satisfies the requirement of an audit committee financial expert as defined in Section 406 and 407 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
