Gregg Kipers
Director
Gregg Kipers brings 40 years of practical business experience to the CFO Systems team. He spent much of his career in Supply Chain accounting to include manufacturing, distribution, and transportation. During his time with Fortune 500 companies as well as small- to medium-sized organizations, he progressed from Cost Accountant to Plant Controller and to Director of Supply Chain Finance.
His varied experiences led him to eventually serve as Chief Financial Officer for a $75M company where he oversaw all accounting functions for seven entities in diverse businesses including coffee manufacturing, 3PL, and retail sales. Gregg reported directly to the business owners while heading all financial reporting and analysis, and overseeing the accounting staff. While partnering with the owners to develop strategies for each business unit, the business doubled in size. A few of his other notable achievements include evaluating and improving processes, implementing key performance measurements, developing an SKU rationalization process, and leading a team that improved profit margins.
