Robin Hostetter brings over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience to the CFO Systems team. While working with businesses of all sizes within the government contracting, insurance, and manufacturing industries, she gained valuable experience collaborating with all levels of the organization, coaching leadership for greater effectiveness, and developing trust with employees for greater engagement.

She has a strong background in all facets of HR to include employment law, leave program management, ADA, EEO, OFCCP, workforce planning, benefits administration, succession planning, organization structure/restructure, performance management, training and development, orientation programs, and mergers/acquisitions. Robin has in depth experience leading companies through large- and small-scale change initiatives to include process, technology, and ownership/leadership change. She has partnered with organizations to determine their optimal organizational structure and the action steps to achieve it. Additionally, Robin has experience working with unions, most recently with the United Steel Workers, as well as government contracting that includes participation in the bid process and development Affirmative Action Plans (AAP). Her accomplishments include winning a CEO Award for exceptional HR leadership.
