Ashley Petzold, a senior executive, brings nearly 30 years of business leadership experience to the CFO Systems team. She has a strong background in Operations, Human Resources, Assets Protection, Fulfillment, and Transformation leadership. The bulk of her career was leading large teams at Target Corporation.
Ashley started her career in Target stores as an Executive Team Leader. Working her way up through the ranks she most recently served as the Regional Senior Vice President of Stores leading a multibillion-dollar business with 100,000 team members. In this role she led her team through the pandemic and record level sales growth — improving team engagement and reducing turnover at the same time.
As a Vice President of Human Resources, she was responsible for all talent management, development, and generalist routines for over 500 buildings. She is a strong leader of transformation, leading the Stores Modernization work which changed the operating model for over 1800 stores. In her role leading Assets Protection, she was responsible for safety, theft, and fraud in all stores and distribution centers across the Country. She has a track record for building team focused strategies and delivering best in class results. A high energy leader with notable achievements within each position and a proven track record of success.
