Camie Patterson, CPA

Camie has worked as a CFO and COO over the past 20 years and was a partner at Dixon Hughes Goodman, now Forvis, earlier in her career. Her most recent experience was serving as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Lake Region Healthcare (LRH). In that role, she oversaw the financial health for LRH. She ensured financial reports were prepared accurately and timely and worked with leaders to make improvements so that resources were used most effectively and efficiently. Camie also oversaw operational functions, including lab, human resources, supply chain management, facilities, Cancer Care and Mill Street Residence.
Camie holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York. Camie is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Associations (FHFMA) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
She lives in South Carolina. She is married to Andrew Patterson and they have 5 children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, movies, outdoor activities, running and just spending time with family.
Camie previously worked in a number of hospitals and systems as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, including the Indiana University Health System, Indian River Medical Center in Florida, and Self Regional Healthcare in South Carolina. Earlier in her career, she was a partner with Dixon Hughes Goodman, PLLC, a national public accounting firm.
