Dana Brown
Director
Dana Brown brings over 30 years of accounting, finance, and data analytic experience to CFO Systems. He worked as an internal auditor for a Fortune 500 agricultural company in Iowa, traveling nationwide to ensure compliance with corporate policies, streamline business processes, and strengthen internal controls. Building on his internal audit experience, Dana worked as a Director of Planning and Analysis for a start-up internet automotive parts company and also as a Division Controller for a start-up division providing automobile claim and policy administration services.
After moving into a financial role at one of the nation’s largest banks, he was responsible for a new product launch of an unsecured line of credit portfolio that involved creating pricing analysis, developing forecasting, and setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators. As his career progressed, he transitioned into risk management where he held a variety of roles that included managing business loss forecasting for a $12B private student loan portfolio and delinquency forecasting for one of the nation’s largest mortgage portfolios.
Dana enjoys building solid working relationships. While partnering and collaborating with his clients, he is able to identify business improvement opportunities that ensure growth and stability.
