Grant brings over a decade of accounting and finance experience to the CFO Systems team. He has led financial teams within fast-paced environments at both large-scale and high-growth organizations.
His diverse background includes a significant amount of time establishing and refining finance practices, including short and long-term financial and operational forecasts. He is also adept at managing period-closing timelines, cash forecasting, and idea modeling. He notably led the financial modeling process for a $30M building project, facilitated the transition of a growing retail organization to a shared services model with multiple product/service lines, helped implement an enterprise-wide process for evaluating and prioritizing potential initiatives, and championed a culture program based on shared value to an entire company.
Grant is passionate about providing valuable information to drive decisions that includes financial statements, budgets, projections, or models with assumptions. He enjoys working through complex problems to provide clarity, coaching and caring for others around him, and boosting morale with his sense of humor.
