Jeff Wilkins is a Chief Financial Officer successful at building and leading a high-performance finance organization for a global manufacturing and service company. He combines strategic and tactical financial expertise with strong qualifications in business development, operations, and P&L management.
Jeff’s most recent engagement of eight months as a strategic CFO with an agricultural organization, he defined accounting policies and procedures surrounding their crop protection and seed rebate programs. In addition, he worked with the board of directors to model the business financials for the next two years. This allowed the team to work closely with their funding banks to secure additional funding and finalize the organization’s audit. Corrections to the organizations accounting for leases and other various accounting issues were resolved, while proper staff were trained for future success.
Jeff has held autonomous decision-making authority for all financial functions of a $290 million revenue-generating division with over 40 locations across two states. In addition to identifying and mitigating business and operational risks, he was accountable for several items, including budgeting, GAAP compliance, audit, contract review, tax planning and compliance, and joint partnerships to name a few. Jeff has held CFO and Controller positions for a variety of companies. He has led teams and built relationships with outside vendors, company leadership, and boards of directors.
