Leslie Volk brings over 40 years of banking expertise to the CFO Systems team as a member of our Banking Group. Her accomplishments include the development and implementation of Private Banking checking and savings account products as well as the development of Private Banking loan products.

Throughout her career, Leslie has assisted clients with treasury management and deposit account services as well as commercial and real estate lending. Her leadership experience includes serving as a team lead for four years and as a member of the Loan Committee as and Asset Quality Committee. This provided her the ability to develop a big-picture perspective of credit and to recognize early warning signs of customer stress and execute the appropriate actions to remedy shortfalls and improve the lender’s position.

Leslie’s background includes consumer lending during her 16 years in Private Banking, eight of those years as a Senior Vice President where she enhanced her familiarity with consumer compliance and lending, most notably in consumer real estate services.

Her strengths include communication and collaboration, whether with individual clients or internal banking committees. Leslie enjoys developing strategies that is supported by all parties involved and can help drive growth.
