Richard Manrique
Director
Richard is a seasoned financial professional bringing over 30 years of varied experience to business owners. He has worked with large international organizations lacking accountability and financial controls, medium sized companies unable to see the stumbling blocks in their plans, and family-owned businesses missing a razor-sharp focus on the best profitability drivers. Richard has a keen ability to home in on business opportunities that increase profitability and enhance “wins” to build team confidence.
His background includes solid Big-4 audit experience, international operational reviews, US multi-state Controller responsibilities, and an MS in Taxation helping him to identify tax saving opportunities while partnering with outside tax professionals to mitigate IRS exposures.
Additionally, Richard has extensive experience with project accounting in both real estate and industrial project scenarios. He enjoys working with project managers, mentoring accounting staff, and collaborating with them to eliminate non-value-added work while improving the clarity of accounting information and reporting.
Richard grew up in a family business and is passionate about constantly improving areas which can positively contribute to revenues and profitability. As the business relationship grows, he becomes strongly invested in achieving the owner’s goals.
