Over his 15-year career in finance and accounting, he has cultivated expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash forecasting. His background includes roles in the retail flooring space at a 100% ESOP company where he was part of the transition from privately held to 100% employee owned, and at a large company that grew from $60 million to $300 million in the span of three years through multiple acquisitions. He also has experience performing Quality of Earnings and analyzing current and future profits to ensure continued growth.
