Susan Jones is a self-starter with nearly 40 years of abundant executive experience with major science and manufacturing based companies where regulations and innovation are standard.
For most of her career, she has been an integral part of start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and business restructuring. Susan has significant experience with debt and investment funding, board and investor presentations, cost restructuring, working capital/cash flow management, global entity expansion, licensing and intellectual property planning, finance business valuation, corporate tax and reporting, future production & sourcing planning, Black Scholes modeling, and stock compensation.
Additionally, her diverse background includes experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial statement development, manufacturing costing, audit oversight, policy and procedures development, and strategic planning. Susan’s responsibilities have included managing purchasing, customer service, and third-party product formulation as well as logistics. Highlights of her career include a $4B acquisition, the establishment of a global supply chain process to include international sourcing, US formulation and packaging, a national product distribution platform, and systems implementations for SAP and Net Suites.
