Mark Girolamo has over 30 years of experience as a C-level executive building start-up companies from inception through exit and saving several companies from bankruptcy as a turnaround expert. His diverse experience spans many industries including software, SaaS, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.
Recently, Mark was CFO of Life Wear Technologies (LWT) in Florida. In a single year, he turned a company losing $5M per year into a profitable entity ready for exit. Prior to LWT, he was the CEO of a niche online dating service, growing the company from $3M to $10M+ and preparing it for sale.
Mark’s background also includes roles as CFO/COO of six additional start-up companies and several turnaround assignments. His most notable start-up was Zoominfo where he grew the company from whiteboard to its first “A” round. Zoominfo is now a household name with a market cap of $5.2B. Additionally, he is an expert in dealing with big box retail and overseas manufacturing.
Mark has an undergraduate degree from Lowell University and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
