Christine Distefano
Director
Christine Distefano brings 40 years of management and finance experience to the CFO Systems team.
Early in her career, she managed teams in retail, restaurant, and staffing operations. After moving into accounting, she worked in agriculture and later in community medical and mental health. For the past 25 years, she has served as an accounting and finance leader in small- to mid-sized community nonprofit organizations.
As a servant leader, Christine is skilled in human resources development, communication, and in building motivated teams. She is versatile in budgeting, financial reporting, board relations, audit preparation, process documentation and improvement, grant management and reporting, cash management, and strategic planning.
Christine is an Omaha native who has grown with the city. Her sense of community participation and development guides her commitment to building up people, neighborhoods, communities, the Omaha area and beyond.
