Don Swanson
Director
Don brings more than 30 years of experience as a finance and operations executive with a successful track record in the agriculture industry. He works closely with clients to identify and interpret their financial stories to assist in making data-driven decisions, managing finances through transition and crisis, improving cash flow, and reallocating expenses to drive growth. Don especially enjoys rolling up his sleeves and diving into strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
As CFO for the largest local cooperative in the nation, Don helped combine two of the largest cooperatives in the nation into one accounting system and was instrumental in implementing a new ERP system. He also developed an organizational structure, a special mention credit monitoring system, and an equity plan for future payments. In addition, Don has extensive experience with inventory management, contract negotiations, purchasing, qualifying and selecting vendors, and quality control. He uses effective client relations, sales and marketing, and communication skills to implement various objectives and achieve goals.
Don possesses a proven ability to turn around company performance through sales growth, employee development, organizational restructure, and operational efficiencies. His leadership and integrity will be a valuable asset as he helps our clients grow.
