Frank Sinkule
Director
Frank Sinkule brings nearly 40 years of business-related experience to the CFO Systems team. He spent the early portion of his career in retail, serving in several sales and management roles for restaurants, stores, and companies where he sold directly to end-users and gained valuable communication, customer relations, and leadership skills. The latter 30 years consisted of responsibilities managing finance and operations.
His diverse background includes project and account management roles for manufacturing, software, and engineering firms. While overseeing business management responsibilities including financial, human resources, property management, and special projects for churches and schools, Frank honed his servant leadership skills to uplift team performance. Some of his notable achievements include assisting in obtaining critical Federal funding as well as with the successful sale of an established family business during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, he migrated a church parish from legacy desktop accounting software to a GAAP-compliant web-based platform that offered real-time integrated financial management with reporting capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
Frank applies his vast experience, commitment to problem solving, and proven analytical skills to help his clients navigate today’s business challenges while preparing for their future successes.
