Over the past 16 years, she has been an integral part of the executive team in the construction industry. While serving in prominent roles such as Controller, VP of Finance, and CFO, she has guided the strategic direction for both general contractors and subcontractors in the Commercial Concrete and Rail Maintenance and Construction sectors. Her diverse career also includes significant contributions in Property Management, Occupational Testing, and Advertising industries.
She excels in fostering and mentoring finance teams, implementing and streamlining ERP systems, enhancing internal processes and procedures, effectively managing cash flow and forecasting, and improving communication between finance and operational teams. Additionally, she has extensive experience in developing and maintaining relationships with banking and insurance partners, and collaborating with external CPAs for annual audits and taxes.
