Mike Mohr is a proven leader with a track record of delivering business-impacting results in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and operations management within progressive organizations across multiple industries.
Throughout his career, Mike has gained executive experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, consumer products, e-commerce, distribution, food/meat processing, telecommunications, financial services (insurance and banking), and business/professional services. In collaboration with business partners, Mike delivers cost savings while balancing appropriate risk tolerances and a total cost of ownership approach to meet client needs. His skillset includes versatility in leading and/or coaching team members to attain quick wins and achieve long-term sustainable improvements. These efforts can range from executing either simple or extremely complex initiatives across all categories of spend to creatively improve a business. Mike’s responsibilities have also included strategically managing over $1B in annual spend while securing millions in cost reductions across a wide assortment of spend categories and suppliers. Additionally, his successes include driving incremental hard dollar cost savings over a six-year period from $1.9M to $38.2M.

His broad background includes opportunity assessments, spend analytics, negotiations, contracting, business transformation, organizational structure, process optimization, systems/tools implementation, talent development, and much more.
