Milton brings nearly 40 years of business experience to the CFO Systems team. Most recently, he provided strategic finance leadership to health care and health care-related entities. While serving in the US Marine Corps for over a decade, he also gained experience in supply chain management and logistics.
His diverse skillset includes budgeting and forecasting; financial and board of directors’ reporting; banking, insurance, benefits, and auditing relationships; and financial compliance. Milton’s achievements include building a finance department for a new, growing company; reducing aging receivables by 50%: Bond refinance saving $1.6M, decreasing monthly payments and shortening bond life; and implementing multiple new systems including an electronic health record system, accounting system, an HR information and payroll system, and a self-insured captive health benefits plan.
